It is surface condition data retrieved from the LCMS and profiling system that is used by KDOT to get surface condition data like IRI, rutting, faulting, and some forms of cracking from the LCMS and profiling system ready to for input into PMS databases. This data includes  IRI, rutting, faulting, and some forms of cracking.
