In regards toRegarding KDOT PMS, the standard definition of the Present includes all activities Actions performed over the annual cycle that starts approximately at the beginning of the Present year and ends approximately at the end of the pPresent year.  Note that data in many PMS tables are “current” in that all data in them is with reference to the cCurrent LRS, .while   Oother KDOT data may be based on the LRS at the time the data was entered (WinCPMS is an example).
